Preorder Items:

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for preorder items to be processed. We will ship your item as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, shipping delays are beyond our control once the package has shipped. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us.

Exchange Policy

Due to the limited availability of our products, we do not offer exchanges for items once purchased. Please ensure you’re ordering the correct item. We may make exceptions for exchanges if we have the item(s) in stock, but this is not guaranteed. We do not offer direct exchanges; instead, you may return your item for a refund and repurchase your desired item separately. If you would like to receive a different item, please place a new order on our website.

If you receive a faulty item (not caused by customer mishandling), we will gladly process an exchange. You will need to contact us within the 14 day window before returning the item.

Returns & Refunds​

At Labudeluxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

  • We offer refunds to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.

  • The item must be in its original condition—all original packaging, and accessories included.

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer handling will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before the 14-day window to begin the return process.

  • Please use a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking information.

  • Labudeluxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns during transit.

    Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
